We guarantee to meet or beat any advertised rate or program, shopping program for program with the same day locks, or we will contribute $500.00 towards your closing costs. We must be allowed to compete with the rate quote on the same day. Client must provide a HUD 1, a copy of the lock in agreement from the lender (verifying rate, points and closing costs) to establish lock at lower rate and no additional costs, and a copy of the note and deed of trust showing the loan actually closed with the lower rate and no additional costs to be eligible for the $500.00. Purchases and refinances are eligible only.
